little Vampire Hunter D for you all! Anime and Vampires are fun! Youtube is cool, but I soo did this 100 years ago when I posted my zombie video! Thanks to the cool person who put this on Youtube and let people share it unlike the total loser whose video I tried to put up first, whose link said "I am a dork and you must go to MY YOUTUBE account to view my anime video that I already took from the people who created Vampire Hunter D" as if he was the one who drew it and put this stuff together in the first place. But, hey, props to this guy who set it up to the Godsmack music anyway, nice work, kudos to you, whoever you are!! Yes Karen, it may be a little scary for you....so don't look, you've been warned!

Ok, so I had to check out Zillow. Just cool, you can find out aerial views of your house. Fun to play with. Not so cool that not all areas are covered, could be frustrating to some users. Could be useful to library patrons, realtors, and home buyers alike. And really, who doesn't like to snoop?

Made my page on my Sandbox Wiki, and added my blog! 17 down 6 to go!! I even made up my own little toy Wiki!! The PB Wiki was really easy to play with. Yep, you're just dying to know what the wiki is aren't you? Well.......ok, here is the site....no, not here you fools, to your right....... Keep in mind, it's a toy in progress......enjoy.....

Back to the important Thing postings....Wikis you say? Pretty neato things, these Wikis. I like 'em... I may want one of my very own....I shall hug him, and pet him and name him George.... oh, wait a minute,....Wikis....sorry, my adult ADD just kicked in....the subject guide thingy is ok, and the ALA thing was cool, but the Book Review thing was really neat, especially how they tied it into their adult summer reading....very cool....but enough of this blathering...on to #17!

Reading, reading, reading.....did all of my reading for Thing #15! Interesting articles. I think that these blogs are a great way to train all library employees in the new software/etc emerging today, but the library needs to go back to offering training to the public. Working here in the City Unit, (which we love....remember...It's good in the hood!) I can attest to the fact that rarely a day goes by without one of our staff being asked when the computer classes will be starting up again, to which we stumble and stammer out something to the effect of...."Um, uh....we haven't been....uh,.....notified yet...but...um....we'll let you know...uh....as soon as we ....uh, find out something...." Lookin' stupid here guys..... ! Maybe it's just us down here in the city...but I doubt it...

Claimed my Blog on Technorati....Inconceivable that no one has wanted such a desirable name as Evilibrarian.....did the Library 2.0 search thing...vastly differing results....nothing surprising on the popular lists...who wouldn't expect to see such vain trivialities as Paris Hilton, Boing Boing, Youtube, Facebook and Myspace eating up the top spots? Hardly ground breaking news here.....

Yep, here is thing 12. Rollyo. Had some fun with this. Decided to do a search tool on demons, vampires, werewolves and zombies. All of my undead favorites. Added the appropriate search box and link to my blog and presto, there it is! All in a days work. Yep, the whole world domination thing is moving along nicely. Next, I take over Greenland.....

Oops....Missed #9

Ok...so I missed doing #9.....or rather....missed writing a post about it. I played around with the various nefarious search tools, Feedster, Topix, Syndic8, and Technorati. I liked the whole breakdown thing that Feedster does with the Blogs/Feeds/Podcasts etc, but I also liked Technorati, just 'cause it's cooler...however, (note to self, be more specific, when I searched horror flicks, it brought up a gore site, but it was Al Gore....not quite what I had in mind, although possibly a horror to some...)

This may be the cutest puppy currently on the planet. You really could just bite his head clean off! It has been mentioned that he looks terribly worried. Even at such a young age he is already concerned about the situation in Iraq, the plight of the homeless, and the hole in the Ozone. I think he very much needs to be hugged (or to have his head bitten off!) The whole litter is equally socially aware, as they all seem to share the same overly concerned visage. The only bad part is that one day he will grow up into a Black and Tan Coonhound! Yes, I know exactly who I am offending, but "I dun all I can..." I figure I have leverage as long as there is a Chrysler 300 marooned in my driveway. BTW, if anyone needs any spare Chrysler parts, I'm taking offers......

What a fun little exercise in blogging.....! I had a great deal of fun with this image generator. I just uploaded a photo to my flickr account...came up with a witty little anecdote that the Banshee (mistress of all things small and evil) would approve of and whammo! here it is....I am becoming quite proficient at this....I highly recommend this....now, if only I could remember all of the passwords....good thing I wrote them down.....hard to to take over the world if you forget account names and passwords....but...after I commit them to memory, I'll have to eat the paper.....

I sooo like this technology......and I stole the trading card thing from Louisa's grandpuppy trading card thingy. This blogging thing has possibilities, and is quite entertaining......technology is fun......but it has its limitations (it will never replace a great dog or cat) and yes, this is my dog.....the very best dog ever....yep...I rock.....

So here is Thing 5.....pirating Flickr photos for my blog....(Thing #4 having been done when I registered my blog) I chose this cute little Border Terrorist, who is very sim-u-lar to my very own Fitzroy Smallman who is currently being held captive at my house before I release him on an unsuspecting public at the puppy match tomorrow in Burton, Ohio.....be afraid....be very afraid........I hope that this post is not claiming to occur at some obscene time in the middle of the night, becuase it is actually 10:31am....
